Dr. Carolyn Steele Gray
She is a Scientist at the Bridgepoint Collaboratory for Research and Innovation at the Lunenfeld-Tanenbaum Research Institute and an Assistant Professor at the University of Toronto (IHPME) in Canada. Her program of work focuses on the role of digital health in supporting integrated and person-centred care delivery for patients with complex care needs. She co-leads an international Special Interest Group in Digital Health Enabling Integrated Care under the International Federation of Integrated Care (IFIC), and is a Co-Founder of the International Learning Collaborative for Goal-Oriented Care.
The energy, enthusiasm and engagement of WWL drew her to the community to work towards getting more highly skilled diverse women into leadership positions in healthcare.
At home she juggles the fun of work with the fun of two kids (ages 8 and 4), two dogs (breeds large and larger), and four sports (triathlon and softball – ok it’s really three sports and softball). In the rare moments when those things settle down, she’s been known to paint stuff or quest with her DnD guild.
